Terms of use and responsibilities for Tedapp users

1. General Provisions
This agreement applies to all users who access Tedapp. Continued use of the application means you accept these terms.
2. Membership and Account Security
You are responsible for accurate account information and keeping your password secure. Actions performed through your account are considered your responsibility.
3. Content Sharing Rules
Hate speech, insults, threats, personal data violations, spam, and unlawful content are prohibited. Tedapp reserves the right to remove such content and restrict accounts.
4. Moderation and Sanctions
Reported or detected content is reviewed under community rules. Content may be removed, visibility reduced, or accounts temporarily/permanently suspended when necessary.
5. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal data is processed to provide the service and maintain security. Handling is carried out in line with applicable laws and privacy principles.
6. Intellectual Property
Tedapp trademarks, design, and software rights are reserved. Responsibility for user-generated content belongs to the content owner.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tedapp does not guarantee the accuracy of user content and is not liable for indirect damages caused by technical interruptions or third-party services.
8. Agreement Changes
This agreement may be updated when needed. The latest published version in the application becomes effective immediately.
